Udang Black Pepper
Assalamualaikum and hi.
This is one of the most simple dish that I would make for lunch and I'm writing this via mobile before I forgot so it won't look so proper.
Ingredients:
Frying oil
Garlic (sliced)
A glass of water
Chicken stock
Black pepper
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Black pepper sauce
Sesame oil
Carrot
Fish ball
Fish cake
Shrimps
Broccoli
Tomatoes
Capsicum as garnish
Dilute corn flour to some water (for thickening)
Steps:
1. Pour frying oil and saute sliced garlics. Until it turns almost golden pour in water.
2. Add chicken stock, black pepper, all the sauces, and sesame oil. Mix all of them to boil.
3. Add carrots, fish balls, fish cakes, shrimps. Until soft.
4. Pour diluted corn flour.
5. Lastly put broccolis, tomatoes and capsicum.
